We offer a comprehensive range of services and support to provide you with the security you need during the warranty period and beyond, when your guarantee has expired. This includes expert technical support by telephone, or onsite repair, preventive maintenance, spare-part management and on-demand support. Different types of service modules are available. Our Customer Service is at your disposal to configure a customized service plan to suit your budget and fulfil your operational needs.

Help Desk

Our Help Desk team supports you whenever you need help. Manned with experienced service engineers and product specialists, our Help Desk will take immediate action to investigate or diagnose your radar issues. For this purpose, we use remote tools such as our maintenance software Ravis® and the long-term diagnosis tool Analyst® - live or via your provided log files.

Spare Parts

Spare Parts

We take care of Spare Parts to assure their availability when you need them. Our Spare Part management provides different options such as Spare Part inventories, participation in our Spare Part Pool and the repair of defective parts.

Preventive Maintenance

Upon your request, we will be happy to perform the Preventive Maintenance for your system as outlined in your maintenance plan. In addition, our experienced system engineers will do once a year an in-depth system calibration and system status analysis.

Corrective Maintenance

During warranty, corrective maintenance is performed by our experts at no charge. Upon request, our professional engineers and technicians will perform the corrective maintenance after the expiry of the warranty.
